Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require a credit card on file for booking purposes.
A fee is applied for cancellations less than 24 hours and No-Shows:
- $75.00Initial Hormonal Consultations, Weight Loss Onboarding, and booked Emsuite Service
- $50.00Follow-up Hormonal appointments
- $25.00Weight and Lab appointments
Rescheduling Policy
If your appointment needs to be rescheduled, please contact us as soon as possible.
You must reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment or you will get charged a cancellation fee.
Failure to show up to your appointment will result in a No-Show.
